- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods available through Razorpay.
- All payment information is handled by Razorpay under their security standards. We do not store your card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within India only.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Returns & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Defective or damaged products can be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Warranty
Products sold on EaseZorb carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty, contact us at support@easezorb.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

- You must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
