At EaseZorb (by Ismail & Co.), we are committed to delivering your spill management products safely and promptly.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to addresses within India only.
- We deliver to most pin codes across India. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days within India
- Metro Cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2-4 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5-8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the courier partner.
6. Damaged Goods in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@easezorb.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
