Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EaseZorb (by Ismail & Co.), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@easezorb.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return instead.
2. Returns
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match the description.
- To initiate a return, email support@easezorb.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs for defective/damaged items will be borne by EaseZorb.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (where applicable) will be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or deployed
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
- Custom or bulk orders (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
- GST paid on the order will be refunded along with the product amount.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.
